Privacy policy

Only what the bootcamp needs to run:

• Your details — name, email address and WhatsApp number, given when you register or enquire.
• Your coursework — homework and the files you upload for the final project.
• Your progress — which sessions you attended and which assignments were marked, because the certificate criteria depend on it.
• Payment records — the order, the amount and the payment reference. Card and UPI details go straight to the payment gateway; they never reach our servers and we never see them.

To give you access to the sessions and the dashboard, to send session reminders and course announcements, to mark your work, to issue and verify your certificate, and to answer you when you contact support.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Running the academy means using a few services, and each one only receives what its job requires:

• our hosting and database provider, to store your account and coursework;
• our payment gateway, to take the payment and confirm it;
• our email provider, to send confirmation and reset links;
• WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there.

Some of these store data outside India. Where they do, the transfer is covered by their own terms with us.

Your account, coursework and progress stay for as long as your access lasts — one year from the batch — and then for one more year, so we can re-issue a certificate or confirm one to an employer.

Payment records are kept for eight years, because tax law requires it. That is the one category we cannot delete on request.

A certificate can be checked by anyone holding its ID at the verification page. That page shows the name on the certificate, the batch and whether it is still valid — nothing else. This is the point of a verifiable credential; if you would rather not have one, tell us and we will not issue it.

We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to complete a password reset. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Clearing them signs you out.

Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed by our authentication provider, and coursework files are stored privately — a certificate PDF is served only through a short-lived link to the student it belongs to.

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it apart from the payment records in clause 4. You can also tell us to stop sending course announcements; you will still get the messages needed to run your seat, like a session moving.

The bootcamp is for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must buy the seat and be the account holder.
